With two hit feel-good singles that makes you want to jump out of your seat and dance until you can’t feel your feet anymore. It seems possible that the British Pop Rock band The Vamps may be our next biggest boy band once they invade America. Not only are the songs easy for teenagers to relate to but the band’s music style causes the listener to want to create memories along with the tracks.
“Can We Dance” which was released in 2013 and received over 1 million views on it’s first week on YouTube along with their most recent single titled “Wild Heart”; it is no surprise that Connor Ball, Tristan Evans, James McVey, and Bradley Simpson have already found their way into the “mainstream” world and every teenage girl’s (and teenage boy’s) heart by being supporting acts on tour with: McFly, The Wanted, Little Mix, and Taylor Swift on her upcoming RED Tour in February 2014 at the O2 Arena.
The Vamps have already won the “Best Breakthrough Award” for 4music Video Honors and “Favorite New Artist” along with “Best Group” for the Hot Hits Awards.
Not bad, since their debut album will be released someday this year and they will be having their first US headline show on February 19 at the Gramercy Theatre in New York City (tickets on sale Feb 1).
Take a look at their most recent single “Wild Heart” and pre-order the upcoming album!
